I did another 40 or so minutes on the treadmill before lunch, and predictably I feel better than I have in days even if my legs are hurting. I really do need the exercise to clear my mind and get my blood pumping, not to mention release tension. I've noticed that I tend to masturbate less when I'm working out, which isn't necessarily a great thing but does show the tension release abilities of a good sweat. Take right now, it's almost 7:00 and I have no desire to be jerkin' my gherkin.
The treadmill will die, I am more convinced of that now than ever, but I will ride this puppy to its grave, enjoying the fatalistic plunge as I do.
