No movies or video games today. Just sports and, more importantly, scriptwriting. I'm on page 7, though with the format I'm using it's probably more like 10 once I standardize it (I'm not bothering with that for the first draft, I'll use the appropriate software when it comes time to present it to my boss.) I felt lousy this morning but I'm better now. My iPod is already on the fritz, for some reasons it keeps skipping when it plays certain songs, but I'm not really bothered by it. I'll wipe it and reformat it tonight and then if that doesn't fix the problem it's still under warranty. More importantly the writing is going well and I'm really happy about that. Neil Gaiman posted this in his blog recently and it's absolutely right. As a writer when the words are coming nothing else really matters. You could find out that you have Herpes and your wife of 20 years gave it to you and it wouldn't matter.
I'm not sure which side I fall on with this story.
Also they showed footage of a woman's choir singing "Oh come let us adore him" during the Chiefs game and I was checking out the young girls and trying to figure out which ones would be hot when they turned 18 (they were like 15-16) I'm pretty sure that makes me a bad person and I'm pretty sure I don't care.
